SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking information.

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll contact you with backorder or cancellation options.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS within the contiguous United States.
Delivery takes approximately 3–8 business days.

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please ensure the following:

  • Shoes must be unworn and tried on only indoors on carpeted surfaces
  • Items must be returned in the original box and packaging
  • Accessories and shoe care products must be unopened and unused

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, log in to your account and specify the size, color, and style you'd like.
We’ll ship your replacement free of charge once we receive the original item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is inspected and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
